Overview
In your Module One Project Prepara�on assignment, you iden�fied a health or healthcare problem in the community. Then, you jus�fied the need for the program to address the iden�fied
problem.
In this assignment, you will define, analyze, evaluate, and use the program’s outcomes to address the iden�fied healthcare issue.
Your senior management wants you to iden�fy specific data collec�on and evalua�on methods for your proposed program. Using the iden�fied evalua�on methods, you will use data to
analyze whether the outcomes are mee�ng the expecta�ons. To do so, you will explore various evalua�on methods and choose the most appropriate methods to evaluate the available
informa�on about the desired outcomes. As a part of your final presenta�on, you will share your evalua�on findings with your senior management. You will use the provided outcome
measures table template to complete this assignment. This assignment will help you analyze and adjust your desired outcomes and determine if they are mee�ng the program expecta�ons.
