1. I received part of my dazzle dry order a few days ago (four polish colors: gambit, perfectly plaid, visionary, and Ivy League) but I had also ordered the fringe system kit virtual bundle.

I got an email saying my entire order was delivered, but the fringe system kit wasn’t in there, so I wanted to reach out and see if on your end perhaps that is coming in a second package? If not, am I able to get a refund or get the item resent to me?
